1. How long does it take to deliver?

 Free standard shipping usually takes 5 to 15 business days, depending on where you live.  You will get an email with a tracking number after your order has been shipped.

 2. Is it possible to return or exchange something?

 Yes!  You have 90 days from the time you get your order to return it.  Items must be in their original condition, unused, and unwashed, with tags still attached.  Items that are personalized or on sale can't be returned.

 To make an exchange, please email us at contact@luxeiy.shop with your order number and the item you want to return.

 3. How long will it take to get your money back?

 We will process your refund within seven days of getting and checking your returned item.  The original payment method (PayPal or credit card) gets the refunds.

 4. What kinds of payments do you take?

 You can pay with PayPal or a credit card.  All payments are handled safely.

 5. Do you send things to other countries?

 Yes, we do ship to other countries.  The time it takes to deliver may be different depending on how customs works in your country.  Customers have to pay any customs duties or import taxes.

 6. How can I find out where my order is?

 You will get an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.  You can use this number to find out where your package is on the carrier's website.

 7. What should I do if I get something that is broken or wrong?

 Please check your order as soon as you get it.  If you get something that is broken or wrong, please email us right away at contact@luxeiy.shop with pictures of the item.  We will quickly set up a replacement or a refund.
